About this trip
Legzira is a beach where the sea has cut two arches through the rock, and at low tide you can walk right under them. It sits a fair way south of Agadir, so the day is built around the drive, with two stops that break it up nicely.
The first is a pottery workshop, where you watch the clay being shaped and painted by hand. Then Tiznit, a town inside a ring of red walls and known for its silver work, with time to walk the medina and look through the silver souk.
The last stretch brings you to Legzira, where you walk the sand and, if the tide allows, pass beneath the arches. Lunch is at a restaurant facing the water, and afterwards there is free time to swim, lie out or take photographs before the 4x4 heads back. Plan on about nine hours, and note that drinks with lunch are paid separately.
