About this trip
The ranch sits a short drive back from the coast, and the horses are used to the beach. You get matched to one, fitted with a helmet and walked through the basics before anyone sets off, so a first ride is not a problem.
Most of the ride is on sand and the soft tracks behind the dunes, with the Atlantic on one side and the argan scrub on the other. The guide sets the pace by the group. If everyone is happy walking, it stays at a walk. If you have ridden before and want more, there are stretches where the horses can move.
Figure on about an hour in the saddle and roughly two hours from pickup to drop-off. We collect and return you from Agadir, Taghazout or Tamraght, and the ranch staff look after the horses themselves, which shows in how calm they are.
