About this trip
Crocoparc sits a short drive from Agadir and holds one of the largest collections of Nile crocodiles in the country. More than three hundred of them live in wide, planted enclosures, and the walkways are raised so you look down on the animals from above the water rather than through glass.
The park is also a garden. Five planted zones run through it, with giant water lilies, a large cactus collection and trees from Madagascar and the Canary Islands. A nursery at the back raises the youngest crocodiles, and the small lab beside it explains how the park breeds and studies them.
Entry tickets are included and the driver hands them over at the gate, so you go straight in and keep the next three hours to yourself. Families tend to enjoy it most, though anyone who likes plants and reptiles will find plenty to look at. We collect and return you from Agadir, Taghazout or Tamraght.

10:00 Hotel pickup
We collect you from your hotel in Agadir or Taghazout and drive out of the city.
10:30 Arrival at Crocoparc
At the gate the driver hands over your entry tickets, already paid, and you walk in.
10:40 Through the giant head
The entrance is built as a crocodile's open mouth. Most people stop here on the way through.
11:00 Feeding time
Keepers feed the Nile crocodiles on a schedule that shifts with the season. Ask at the gate what time it runs that day.
11:45 The gardens
Five planted zones with water lilies, cacti and trees from Madagascar and the Canaries.
12:15 Nursery and lab
The youngest crocodiles are kept in a nursery at the back, with a small lab alongside it.
13:00 Back to the vehicle
Meet your driver at the exit for the drive home.
13:30 Hotel drop-off
Back at your accommodation in Agadir or Taghazout.
