About this trip
Agadir is flat, wide and made for riding — the 1960 earthquake rebuilt it with boulevards instead of alleys, and the corniche runs unbroken along the water for kilometres. A bike is the quickest way to see all of it without paying for a taxi every twenty minutes.
Collect the bike in the morning from our partner shop near the marina. You get a helmet, a lock and a simple map with three marked loops: the beach front, the river mouth and souk side, and a longer run out toward Cap Ghir. The bikes are hybrid city bikes with gears, serviced regularly, and there is a basic tool kit in the saddlebag.
Ride as little or as much as you like until closing time. Lock it up anywhere sensible along the promenade when you want coffee or a swim, and bring it back before the shop shuts. It is the cheapest full day you will spend in Agadir.

How the day runs
09:00 – Collect the bike
Fit the helmet, take the map, adjust the seat height.
Morning – The corniche
Ride the beachfront promenade as far as the marina or the river mouth.
Midday – Souk and lunch
Lock up near Souk El Had or grab lunch at one of the beach cafes.
Afternoon – Your choice
Cap Ghir loop, the river, or an easy second lap of the bay.
By closing time – Return
Bring the bike back to the shop and collect your ID.

- Sun cream and a cap; there is little shade on the corniche

Know before you go
- Minimum age is 12; under-16s must ride with an adult.
- Bring a passport or ID card as a deposit when you collect the bike.
- Agadir traffic is light on the corniche but the roundabouts are busy — signal and stay in the bike lane where it exists.
- The bike must be returned before the shop closes; a late return is charged as an extra day.
