About this trip
Because the village sits north of Agadir and Legzira sits well south of it, we start earlier from Taghazout and get back later, roughly ten hours in all. We come down the coast to collect you before turning the other way, so expect pickup around 07:35.
The stops along the road make the distance easier. You watch potters at work in a ceramics workshop, then spend time in Tiznit, a town of red walls and silver traders, walking the medina and the silver souk.
Legzira is the reward: a beach where two arches have been cut through the sandstone, walkable when the tide is out. Lunch is served at a restaurant over the water, and there is time afterwards to swim or sit before the long drive back to the village.
