1. How Your Booking Is Confirmed
Once you finish booking on this site, a confirmation goes out straight away by email, WhatsApp, or both. Until that message reaches you, nothing is booked. The contact details you leave at checkout need to be right, otherwise we have no way to reach you about your pickup or your timings.
2. Prices and Paying
Prices are listed in Moroccan Dirham (MAD), though we also take GBP, EUR and USD. Whatever figure appears when you book is the figure you pay, and nothing gets added later. You settle up in the way described at checkout, which usually means cash on the day or whatever arrangement you have agreed with our team.
3. Getting Picked Up
On most trips we collect you from your hotel in Agadir, Taghazout or Tamraght. Please be waiting at reception at least 10 minutes before your scheduled pickup time. We send the pickup details through again after you book, so nothing is left to guesswork.
4. Cancelling or Changing Plans
Our Cancellation Policy sets out what happens if you cancel or move a date. If you do need to change something, message us on WhatsApp as early as you can.
5. Taking Part, and Where the Risk Sits
You join our activities at your own risk. Do what your guide tells you while you are out, and let us know before you book about any medical condition or access requirement. Some activities have a minimum age, a height limit or a fitness requirement, and those are written on the tour page itself.
6. When We Have to Change the Plan
Weather, safety, the state of the roads or something happening locally can all force us to alter an itinerary, a route or a schedule. Where a change matters, we tell you as soon as we know and put a workable alternative in front of you.
7. Our Responsibility
As far as the law allows, True Travel accepts no liability for loss, damage or injury caused by events beyond our reasonable control. That takes in the weather, closed roads, and the way you behave during an activity.
