1. About True Travel
True Travel is a small tour operator working out of Agadir, Morocco. This page sets out what happens to your personal details when you browse this site or book a trip with us.
2. What We Collect
When you book or send us a message we keep what you give us: your name, email, phone number, where you are staying, and anything else you decide to tell us. A little technical information comes in on its own too, such as which browser you use and which pages you looked at, so we can see what is working on the site.
3. What We Do With It
- To set up and run your booking, including sorting out your pickup.
- To reach you by email, phone or WhatsApp with details about your trip.
- To answer questions and help you before, during and after a tour.
- To work out what we could do better, both on the tours and on this site.
4. The Legal Basis for Processing
Three things let us hold your details. We need them to carry out the booking you have made with us, the law sometimes requires it, and we have a genuine business interest in running and improving what we offer.
5. When We Share It
We never sell your details. They go out only when a trip cannot happen without them, for instance to the guide, the driver or a partner operator on the day, or when the law obliges us to hand them over.
6. How Long We Keep It, and How We Protect It
Booking records stay with us only for as long as we need them to run the business and meet our legal duties. We take sensible steps to keep them away from anyone who should not see them. Card and payment details are never kept on our servers.
7. What You Can Ask Us to Do
At any point you can ask to see what we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted. Use the contact details at the bottom of this page and we will deal with it.
8. Cookies
This site uses a few cookies that are needed for the booking process to work, plus analytics that respect your privacy so we can tell how people move around. We will not drop advertising cookies on you unless you agree to it.
